Product Overview

The destoner is mainly used to remove the stones of approximately the same size shape with grain kernels from various grain and oil crop particles such as paddy rice, wheat, rapeseed, beans, peanuts, and miscellaneous grains. It can also be used to remove stones from materials such as charcoal, tea, and plastic particles.

Features:

Equipped with dual vibration motors as vibration sources, the transmission is stable and reliable. Stable process performance, low noise. Good sealing performance, no dust leakage. Equipped with an advanced negative pressure gauge, it can timely reflect the working negative pressure inside the machine.

Working principle:

The TQSXA suction gravity destoner uses a combination of vibration, suction, and fish scale sieve plates to achieve separation between the material and the stones based on their specific gravity and suspension speed.

The process of removing stones is as follows: the material falls into the material baffle in the wind room through the feed port, and due to machine vibration,the material is evenly covered on the entire sieve surface. Under the combined action of vibration and airflow, the material is automatically layered according to its specific gravity and particle size. The materials and stones, impurities with high specific gravity are respectively moved and classified towards the tail and front ends of the sieve surface. The materials are discharged from the material outlet at the tail (lower end) of the machine, while the stones and impurities with high specific gravity are discharged towards the stone outlet at the top (upper end) of the sieve surface. Light impurities such as husks and dust are sucked away by the suction port, and the size of the suction volume is adjusted by the air volume adjustment device.
